Priceline.com has pioneered a unique new type of e-commerce known as a “demand collection system” that enables consumers to use the Internet to save money on a wide range of products and services while enabling sellers to generate incremental revenue.
What: Priceline is well-known for its brilliantly produced broadcast video campaigns. But Priceline needed an extra element in their video marketing arsenal: user-generated content, served through its Facebook page. Priceline needed a way for happy customers to tell other prospective consumers how they saved money.
